I am glad I came upon your website because I have learned so much from your experiences. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year. There were a lot of unanswered questions, I had that my doctor could not answer. I have a lot of the problems that you have.I am ever grateful that you have taken the time to share your life as a fibromyalgia patient. I had gone on a lot of websites and your site had enlightened me the most. I had difficulty walking, I did not know that fibromyalgia would cause one to lose their balance until I read your site. I am now using a cane to help me with balancing myself. I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few months ago. All that my Dr said to me about it is "you have fibromyalgia, you will always have it,and there is nothing that I can do for you but give you pain killers."I have never felt so much pain and isolation in my life.
When I saw this site I cried for about 15 minutes just because I felt hope for the first time. Thank God for you. You have given me strength to try and fight for help. Thank you for sharing this information and for acknowledging fibromyalgia as a reality. I had come to question my own sanity before finding you. I just hope that the blessing that you have given me will come back to you ten-fold. Thank you.
